Higher rates are charged for properties located incounty areas. They are generally isolated from concentrated areas of tract home developments and require additional research and extensive travel time.

Rates - Unique Properties
There are additional rates for unique properties. Additional fees apply in all areas, and there may be a combination of these fees. Fees are based on the anticipated staff time to research market data for more unique properties and their limited comparables. Call for quotes; or upon request, you will be called with a quote prior to our acceptance of the order.

  • Expensive Homes/Units: Additional fees may be charged for home/units in the upper quarter of the value range for the homes/units in the area
     
  • Larger Homes/Units: Additional fees may be charged for homes/units larger than 2,500 square feet
     
  • Older Homes/Units: Additional fees may be charged for homes/units over 50 years old
     
  • Expensive Homes/Units: Additional fees may be charged for homes/units located on parcels exceeding 2 acres
